Of the above total number of 179 cases an overwhelming majority (133 cases, 74 per cent) was dealt with in the form of telephone contact or via E-mail. The remaining 46 cases (26 per cent of the total) were considered to be especially important and serious. Due to their complexity the authorized representative of the Legal Support dealt with them personally either by meeting with clients and providing direct, personal advice or by representing clients during negotiations with an employer or landlord (Please note that at the present time the Legal Support has limited resources and is represented only by one person who deals with all cases either personally or other ways as mentioned above). During the monitored period, 22.9 per cent (41 cases) of all clients that contacted the Centre were recommended by the Diplomatic Office of Slovak Republic, which indicates the cooperation and support of the project by the Representative Office of SR.
